Do I have to have a police detail at my party?
Most of our events do not require a Police Detail. If your event does require a Police Detail, an Event Specialist will inform you of the cost and process for ordering during booking.
Do I have to use your house caterer?
No, you are free to use your own caterer and or bring in homemade meals. There is a surcharge for the use of the kitchen as well as a security deposit. You can have the surcharges and fees waived by using our in house caterer as he assumes full responsibility for the kitchen area before, during and after the event. Our in house caterer is very responsive and accommodating.
Do you charge a fee to use the kitchen
Yes, there is a $50.00 usage fee for basic prep, and refrigerator storage of small perishables. Stove and Oven use is an additional $100.00 for a 4 hour period (starting 90 minutes prior to the event). Outside caterers are subject to a $200.00 fee and must provide proof of insurance and current MA Licenses.
Do you host Sweet 16 Birthday Parties or Quinceanera Celebrations?

Do you offer catering services?
Yes, our in-house caterer is Mastrorilli's Catering, (978-604-4469).

How large are your tables?
Upstairs our tables are 72 inches round and seat 10 comfortably.
Downstairs the tables are 60 inches round and seat 8. We do require that all tables be covered.
How much does it cost to rent a hall?
MacMullin Hall, rental fee of $500 for a four hour event.
O'Leary's Pub-Members Quarters, rental fee of $400 for a four hour event.
Additional Event hour, $150.00 and subject to prior approval by an Event Specialist due to multiple events and limits on operating hours as set by the local authority.
These charges include setup, cleanup and a bartender.
How much of a deposit do I have to pay?
We require a $150.00 NON-refundable deposit on ALL events. This is due with in 72 hours of "holding the date". Additional payments are due prior to the date of the event. An Event Specialist will be happy to go over the details during booking.
What are the capacities of your halls?
MacMullin Hall, seats up to 200 guests, with service tables.
O'Leary's Pub-Members Quarters, seats up to 125 guests, with service tables.
For Corporate events we can accommodate more people based on the seating plan.
